Kay Reid is the Director of Travel & Cruise North East Victoria, Australia. She has dedicated her professional career to the progression and advancement of the hospitality industry.  In 1979 Kay  co founded her travel company, which she has since expanded exponentially and currently has three locations in Australia. Kay provides simplistic solutions for corporate businesses, which do not require extensive contracts while providing service and efficiency. Kay focuses her attention with staff education as in a changing world a business needs to focus on what is ahead to service the many client requirements that come along from day to day.

When Kay is not at the helm of her business, she enjoys travelling, cooking, horseback riding, basketball, outdoor activities & water skiing. She lives in Bright, Australia where she remains a successful staple in the travel industry.
