Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Kym Lewis

An Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business International (IIB), Kym shares his executive knowledge with small to medium enterprises (SME’s), mentoring them in business strategy and guiding them through business challenges. He is the founding Managing Director of Cynosurity where specifically, he provides his clients with practical advice that works: helping them to achieve their plans and goals; overcome many of the problems they are facing and to exploit the many opportunities identified during this process. This process is known as the IIB Business Support Program, and can take many forms depending on the client’s needs. As a business and marketing strategist, Kym caters to the side of business that most fail to realize are the foundations and drivers of success. Spending the time needed to work and educate, Kym creates the loyalty which has separated him from his contemporaries. Kym sees himself as a Business Adviser looking to change the way business is perceived, presenting new solutions in an extremely positive light.

Kym started his career working for multinationals, and continued to do so for 25 years. In this time, his roles included: management of national retail store chains; brand marketing; selling to both consumers and businesses and the development of national franchise networks. He then changed direction and purchased RHA (Vic), a business in the construction industry. Since taking over the business, Kym experienced a revenue growth from $3.6m in 2005 to $5.7m in 2010. Clients included major private and government developers such as VicUrban, Delfin Lend Lease, AV Jennings, Dennis Family Homes, FKP, Melbourne Water and Devine Homes. RHA won two national UDIA Awards for Environmental Excellence. Kym holds an MBA in Strategy Implementation from The University of Adelaide and Macquarie Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics and a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Accounting, both from the University of Adelaide.

When Kym isn’t shaping the success of SME’s he can be found enjoying tennis or cricket in his spare time where he lives in Hawthorne East, Victoria, Australia.
