Nabil Al-Dabbagh is the Director of Techconsult2 Ltd, an independent professional consulting company which has been providing Consultancy, Project Development, Engineering and Project Management Services to a diversified range of clients in the Chemical, Metal and Petrochemical industries.. Established by Nabil and his partners in 2008, the company has grown by leaps and bounds over the past 6 years, and represented at the 2013 Saudi Sustainable Energy Symposium hosted by K.A.CARE. In addition to his directorial duties, Nabil is currently the company’s primary shareholder.
 
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Baghdad in 1971, Nabil went on to complete a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Swansea University in 1977. A distinguished professional in his industry and renowned across the Middle East, Nabil has over 40 years of experience in chemical engineering to his credit.
 
Nabil attributes his success to his diligent work ethic and the love he has for the Chemical Engineering field. He possesses a registered PATENT in Cement Sac-Paper, as he has been actively involved in applied R&D activities and participated in international symposia in 1980’s. Remaining on the cutting edge of his profession, under his leadership at Technoconsult2 they are currently developing a greenfield Formaldehyde & Derivatives Complex petrochemical project for the United NCSP Company for Petrochemical Products and a Hydrogen Peroxide Project for Gulf Zai Ltd., in KSA.
 
Today, Nabil divides his time between Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, traveling frequently for work, promoting a broad range of viable industrial projects that exceed $900 million. He maintains a strict personal work ethic and keeps active both professionally and physically. In a diversification and expansion move, Nabil has just established a subsidiary in North Africa “Techconstruct2 Tunisie”.
