Paloma Ruiz is the Chief Administrative Officer at Anaconda Barite, SA de CV located in the Lomas de Chapultepec Area of Mexico City. Anaconda Barite has a mission to meet the demand of high quality oilfield barite for the international market. Highly proficient in marketing and sales, Paloma is in charge of administrative operations within Barite. She oversees logistics for shipments to major international companies in the oil industry on a daily basis. Paloma is dedicated to supplying her clients with highest quality mining and non metallic minerals at competitive prices.
She is passionate about her company’s excellence and fully aware of the operational and quality requirements demanded by the oilfield drilling market. It is her responsibility to make sure that the company satisfies all customer requirements including quality and time. Paloma is trilingual (English, French, and Spanish) which aids greatly with international communication. A highly qualified Consultant and Communicator she is currently studying at Colegio de Consultores y Comunicadores en Semiologia de la Vida Cotidiana, 2010 – 2016 (expected).
She is part of the Barite Association and in her free time she helps provide small communities with books and studing material through the international funding of an educational foundation called Exelduc. Paloma also has an interest in human development and conducts workshops to let people look for individual freedom in order to help them decide who to be, what to do, and how to live. She speaks at conferences usually on the topic of industrial minerals with in the oil field industry. Paloma has been cited in publications such as industrial minerals magazine.
Paloma attributes her success to her networking skills and thorough knowledge of the market. She seeks to develop partnerships with other international mine companies. She likes her yoga classes to relieve stress and keep in shape. She lives in Mexico City, Mexico.
