Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Paul Bogers

 
Paul Bogers is a Senior Vice president with Rabobank Group ICT helping the bank shape its digital strategy and transformation programs. Together with diverse business partners and a team of professionals he currently runs diverse transformation programs in the back office of the bank hereby fulfilling regulatory demand, lowering operational cost and enhancing client and employee satisfaction. Before Rabobank Paul worked with diverse companies like insurers, banks and other companies to shape their digital strategy and run digital transformation programs.
 
Currently, Paul is charge of IT transformation and strategy, along with handling the digital banking for Robobank. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and is highly adept in the areas of IT transformation, strategy and digital banking.
 
Paul has a broad consulting and management background including redesigning core and non core banking / insurance processes like payments, mortgages, wealth management, finance & risk, data analytics, management information, security, human resources and procurement. He is passionate about information technology (infrastructure, social media, mobile, analytics, cloud, nano-development), change methodologies, and the way to combine this to speed up organizational transformation and make organizations more competitive and future enabled.  Paul has combined these capabilities in my responsibility for running change programs like SEPA, Savings, Identity & Access Management, data analytics and integrating IT operating units.
 
Paul is focused on helping the banks, insurers and other types of organizations to make the next quantum leap. Not only through his own experience, but through connecting his network of peers across (old and new) institutions. He is also sharing his knowledge and experience with students at the University of Nijenrode.
 
Pauls specialties include: digital strategy, digital transformations, core-banking, advanced analytics, big data, SaaS, cloud, social media, nano-technology, program- en project management, process redesign, process automation, digital IT architecture, lean, agile, and empowerment.
 
Active in his community, Paul loves to volunteer at the local tennis club and he also coaches football. An avid sportsman, Paul enjoys tennis, football and running. He resides in Rijen, Netherlands, and speaks fluent Dutch, German and English.
