Paulo Preciado is the Mexico West Region Vice President for the Great Place to Work® Institute.

Paulo has dedicated his professional career for progression of his industry for 20 years. He broke into the consulting world since then, with a focus on superior leadership, human development, and maximizing time management. He focuses his attention on coordinating regional teams, targeting sales goals, product relations, and team construction.
Paulo earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the Universidad del Valle de Atemajac in 2002. He is a contributor of the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico, and partner and cofounder in CANIC Soluciones de Productividad y Desarrollo Humano.
