Philippe is working most of the time in international context. Currently he is assigned to various Life Science Transformation Projects of which he has lead many over the last 20 years, managing projects from 1 to 55 industrial sites in 1 to 15 countries, with up to 56,000 people. He uses his skills in Strategic Vision, Organization Efficiency, Operational Performance, Lean Management, Process Improvement and Human Capital Management.
Prior to his current engagement, Phillipe had freelanced since 1993 as an Advisor and Consultant on International Projects of Economical Development. He was Manager for Deloitte Consulting, Andersen and finally Senior Advisor for Kurt Salmon. He creates, develops and manages various consulting activities centered on Business Transformation & Management. He holds a Master of Management and Computing and a BS in Sciences and Structure both from the University of Joseph Fourier.
Phillipe currently resides in Montanay, France and speaks English and French fluently and Russian, Chinese and German at a beginner level.
