Ralph Galewski Goldberger has been a Physician at his own private practice for 26 years, specializing in Electroacupuncture, and over 41 years overall as a Family Physician. Dr. Ralph Galewski Golberger practices German Electroacupuncture for patients with several Neurological discapacities, using his own technique, practiced over the last 28 years, such as retinal and optic nerve diseases, hearing loss, and several neuro-pediatric disorders.

Dr. Galewski Goldberger graduated from The University of Valle Medical School, in 1969, where he studied Family Medicine. As a medical student Ralph thought that instead of replacing the teaching at the medical school, he would instead research and amplify treatments for those diseases considered incurable and irreversible. 28 years later Ralph had the opportunity to get into the field of German Electroacupuncture and make his vision come true. It was developed by Dr. Reinhold Voll, from Berlin, who had started his own school, but Ralph decided to go into the Neurological field first, under the medical field, so he could decide what would be the solution to Neurological Conditioning, and then later translate it into the terms of Electroacupuncture.

He began with people suffering hearing loss. It took time, but Dr. Galewski Goldberger was finally successful with a young girl who was born deaf. The process took 4 months. After the success he started to go into other Neurological Conditioning.

Dr. Galewski Goldberger conducts a 4 weeks treatment, doing sessions every day from Monday to Friday. The sessions vary depending on the patient and disorder. There are no contraindications, no side effects, no adverse reactions, and no interference with any kind of medication that the patient may be taking, which is frequent, for example, anticonvulsant medication in epileptic patients. Once the treatment is finished the improvement shows over time. Logically it is very difficult to say until when and what amount of improvement there will be, but there have been improvements of 90-95% in certain cases.

The treatments are done with devices called “DERMATRONES”, and Dr. Galewski Goldberger’s are small devices that allow him to move from one side to the other to perform treatments. It is similar to traditional acupuncture but the needles are replaced with electrical stimulation, at those same points. Each disease has its own pathophysiology, but Ralph believes that there are some factors present in all of them, such as circulatory and metabolic disorders, so these have to be included in every treatment, and then the treatment considers the differences.

The main consideration of Electroacupuncture stimulation is to first direct it to the wanted organ and secondly to decide if it is to be stimulated or sedated. The treatment pattern is to create a protocol where several points are stimulated, and localizing these points on the body, at the ear (auriculopuncture), at the scalp, and at the hands and feet (reflexology). After completing the stimulation map, Dr. Galewski Goldberger stimulates the points for 5 seconds, building up the treatment flow in order to manage circulation, then metabolism, and then the corresponding site to be stimulated such as the brain, eyes, and ears. After the tests are complete, it is concluded with choice of frequency of stimulations and how many times per week, as well as how many weeks.

There are cases where Dr. Galewski Goldberger immediately recommends attending several treatments, the main example being Cranioencephalic trauma. The number of treatments has no limits, for example a premature girl born deaf was given 7 treatments and now she has improved neurologically and her hearing has improved by 95%. Naturally, with more treatments the improvement rate increases. The site of stimulation he mostly uses is the outer ear, known as auriculopuncture or auricular therapy, it is there that every part of the body is represented. The procedure is completely painless and the patient only feels a sort of vibration.

Ralph Galewski Goldberger provides treatment in children with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, all other Neuropediatric diseases or syndromes, as well as High Attention Deficit Disorder and language problems. In adults there is treatment of Parkinson, Alzheimer, Senile Dementia, Sequelae of Cerebrovascular Accidents, and Fibromyalgia. Both young and old can be treated for diseases of the retina, diseases of the optic nerve, hearing loss, and seizures.

Using Electroacupuncture Dr. Galewski Goldberger can stop seizures, even on people suffering refectory epilepsy, which means that they still have seizures, even while taking medication.

According to the physics taught by Albert Einstein, the human body is a compendium of electromagnetic fields, which are demonstrated by the disorders functional MRI images. This provides the function of any organ of the body, particularly at the Nervous System, the function is provided by the Action Potentials. This means that any disorder is the response of disruption of these Potentials, which means that if the electrical flow is not present, or is altered, there are Neurological disorders.

For many of the diseases these alterations are shown at birth, called the Congenital Diseases, or after birth, called the Acquired Diseases. The cause or causes for almost all these diseases is unknown but each disorder shows a particular Neurological alteration. Currently these disorders are considered incurable or irreversible, basically, because under conventional medicine there are no treatments, until now.

Dr. Galewski Goldberger personally does not put too much weight on the genetic cause of the disease. This alteration mentioned above, Action Potentials, shows the disorders that are present according to the site of the alteration, and that is what Dr. Galewski Goldberger considers very important when he does a medical diagnosis. He considers several sites principally: the cognitive area, the mobility, the visual, the hearing, the attention, learning as part of cognitive area, and the language. Each disorder and each disease has a particular pathophysiology, but several items are present in all of them: the circulatory alteration, the metabolic aspect, and the existence of a metabolic acidosis due to increased pyruvic and lactic acid, due to alteration of the anaerobis glicolisis, and secondary particular alteration according to the type of function involved and also mentioned.

An example would be a child who has Down Syndrome: he is neurologically involved with one or several items altered. The treatment is completed and the child improves substantially, but he will stay genetically as Down Syndrome, without the Neurological deficit.

How can the electroacupuncture help these diseases? Acupuncture helps to “restablish” functions by use of excitation stimulation or sedation, if there is a lack of functioning, excitation therapy is used. Dr. Galewski Goldberger uses the ear to stimulate joints as the whole body and organs are represented at the ears. This procedure is called Auriculopuncture. The ear also consists of the correct points to stimulate an excitation.

To summarize, once you restore the circulation you improve the metabolism, you stimulate the organs involved, and then you proceed with excitation. The treatments purpose is to reestablish lost functions by reorganizing the electromagnetical fields.

Another example are the studies that have shown that the hormone Oxytoxin improves the mood of children mainly, but under conventional medicine it should be given parenterally, because there are no tablets or similar, to be taken by mouth. To avoid this issue the solution was to stimulate points in order to increase body oxytoxin levels and translate it into electroacupuncture.

A main important thing to consider when explaining the way electroacupuncture works is comparing experimental studies carried out on mice: the brain was damaged on these animals and stem cells were implanted. The reaction afterwards was the same as seen mostly on children treated by Dr. Galewski Goldberger, which produced the hypothesis that he is activating the stem cells that we have at the base of the retina and at the base of the lateral ventriculae at the brain.
