Richard Kouyoumdjian is a Managing Director at CorpBanca, the fourth largest commercial bank in Chile. CorpBanca has presence in Chile, Colombia and New York. With over 18 years of experience in banking, Richard is in charge of all banking products, marketing, cash management, trade, leasing & channel finance, cross selling, quality and customer services for CorpBanca. With expertise in commercial banking, finance, operations and technology, he is known for bringing superb leadership skills to the jobs and is at ease when building lasting professional relationships on an international and national level.
 
Before launching his career in banking and finance, Richard served in the Chilean Navy, achieving officer rank. He earned his MBA from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and has postgraduate studies at Cornell, University of Chicago and Universidad Adolfo Ibañez. Prior to joining Corpbanca, Richard was the CFO & CAO for the Andean, Caribbean and Central America Cluster of Citi Group. Richard also serves as a Director and Non-Executive Board Member of Transbank, where he is a member of the audit and shared services committees, and Chairman of the TI committee.
 
Richard lives in Chile with his wife and 2 children. As a fluent Spanish and English speaker he is looking to connect with other professionals in the banking industry on an international level. In his spare time, Richard maintains his fitness and discipline by training to run marathons. He credits his success to hard work and dedication to the field.
