Stefan Thorberg is the CEO, Founder and Inspiration Director of the Inspiration Company, a business consultancy focused on loyalty and motivation programs and Gamification in Business. With over 20 years of experience in motivation and loyalty management, Stefan is an expert in fostering a corporate culture of productivity and gamification in business. He has a track record of repeatedly exceeding his targets for clients in his 25+ year career in business development and marketing, and is a born entrepreneur and leader in creative sales. His ability to quickly analyse business processes and build long-term customer relationships has given him a loyal and dedicated client base, and outstanding success working with key corporate decision makers to achieve large volume, high profit goals.
 
After earning a degree in Business & Marketing from IHM Business School, he earned a diploma from Diploma JCI Academy in Japan in 1993. Inspired by his JCI experience, he founded the JC University and was granted VIP status as a Co-Founder of the JCI European Academy in 1994. Immediately succeeding at a management level, Stefan spent 4 years as the Managing Director of Utetak Svenska AB and 2 years as the Managing Director of Svensk Internationella Pressbyrån. He worked for several years as a business consultant for companies including MarknadsCompagniet, Motivation Service and The Improvement Company, of which he was also the founder. He also founded and directed Surprisehouse, the only company in Sweden to specialize in gift-wrapping and packaging strategies.
 
Stefan is also the Chairman of the Huvudstaden: s (Capital) Golf Club, a position he has held for over 10 years. In 2012, he was awarded “This Year’s Golf Club” prize by the club, for his contributions to the organization. His business prowess has also been awarded Finalist Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 by Företagarna Stockholm Stad. He was Certified by the StyrelseAkademien Board of Education in 2010. Stefan credits his success to his passion for inspiring others and delivering quality and concrete results.
 
Stefan lives in Stockhom, Sweden and speaks fluent English and Swedish. In his spare time, he enjoys visiting the golf course to perfect his swing.
