Suhaib Anani is the Owner and CEO of 2p2c Project Management Consultants, a private firm based in Dubai that specializes in project management, project controls and dispute resolution. Established in 2006, 2p2c has quickly become a highly reputed company that has handled some of the most prestigious projects in the Gulf region, including Burj Khalifa, the Infinity Tower and Oceans Height Tower.
 
A key community player in numerous planned villas and horizontal projects, 2p2c was also involved in Palm Jumeirha, Remram and Discovery Gardens, Dubai Airport VIP Pavillion, New Doha Airport Staff Access Terminal, ADNEC Exhibition Center – Abu Dhabi. The company remains active in major infrastructure projects, such as Al Shamkha Infrastructure Phase 2a – Abu Dhabi, Al Zorah Infrastructure phase 2 – Ajman, Polo Town Houses development – Dubai, Opera House Downtown Dubai and numerous projects across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. As CEO, Suhaib spearheads the planning, scheduling, and claims management of these highly complex projects, from initiation to closeout. His company has grown to include today over 25 engineers operating across the region.
 
He earned his Master’s in Structural Engineering from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom in 1991. In addition to his role as CEO, Suhaib has also devised special methods and software tools that have drastically improved the efficiency of data collection, reporting and effective decision making for project management teams working in the field. In 2003, his work was published in AACEI, and he has been nominated several times as the Best Project Planning Professional in the Country.
 
Suhaib resides in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is fluent in English and Arabic. In his spare time, he enjoys playing a game of ping pong or soccer.
