Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Tanita Coetsee

 
Tanita Coetsee is the Head of People & Brand for Emerald Risk Transfer, a leading provider of corporate property and associated engineering insurance products on the African continent.  Having been with Emerald for over 6 years, Tanita’s career has spanned over 23 years, in positions ranging from sales, administration, event management, secretarial, finance, HR and marketing.  In her current role, she handles all HR related issues, (including staff benefits, payroll, labour, etc.), marketing, advertising, and all branding.  Tanita attends various conferences and training with the company in SA, and other related international conferences or meetings are attended abroad by various company representatives and senior management for specific targeted focus areas, eg. Baden Baden in Germany, London, India, etc.
 
Tanita credits her success to persistence, knowledge and passion for what she does – and considers herself as being a friendly, honest, reliable and loyal individual who takes a lot of pride in everything she does, whether in business or her personal life. Whilst at Emerald, Tanita and her team engage with their community, volunteering their time working with kids at schools, helping them with reading and writing.
 
She earned a diploma in HR Management from UNISA in 2014, and is currently busy with her Advanced HR Management Diploma to be completed in 2016.  Her future goal is to complete her studies and achieve a degree in HR Management.  Tanita lives in Gauteng, South Africa, and is fluent in English, and can speak Afrikaans. Tanita enjoys reading, tennis, swimming, dancing, wildlife and any outdoor activities in her spare time.
