Tony Vynckier is Finance Director (CFO) for Plus Uitzendkrachten, based in Antwerp (Belgium).The company Talentus NV acquired Plus Uitzendkrachten towards the end of 2013 and this new entity is currently merging to integrate its offices with the Talentus network. In this role, Tony acts as Project Management Officer (PMO) and Liaison to align Plus Uitzendkrachten NV to the practices of Talentus NV. Plus Uitzendkrachten and Talentus recruit candidates for temporary or long term assignments and the company’s core values are: Talent, Pride, Proximity and Integrity.
Talentus is a subsidiary of Essensys Partners NV, a Belgian holding company. With a master’s degree in Financial and Commercial Sciences, specialization Accountancy (Distinction) from Brussels University (HUB Brussels) and a Middle Management Degree at VLERICK, plus over 20 years of national and international management experience, Tony is a multilingual business executive with particular skills in finance, process improvement and management reporting. Tony has experience in national and international, large/middle-sized and start-up companies as Finance Director, Finance Manager, HR Manager, Controller and Project Support. He has relevant experience in the sectors of staffing & recruiting, transport (ltl, ftl, h&h), food production (dairy), energy (gas & electricity), telecom, chemicals (paints), smart cards and the public sector (rail).
Before becoming Finance Director, Tony worked 6 years as Senior Consultant and Manager at Intys Consulting, part of the Essensys group. In this role, Tony was member of the Intys Seniors Board (ISB) and was Program Manager for the internal trainings of the Intys consultants. Additionally, he realized multiple projects under the Intys and Essensys brands at: Caterpillar (Germany); Sodexo; GDF Suez (Paris); FrieslandCampina and Infrabel.
Currently residing in Grimbergen, Belgium (near Brussels), Tony can be found swimming and gardening in his spare time. Tony has an interest in the world of golf and reads management books. You can find his reading list on shelfari.com. He speaks English, French, Dutch and German.
