Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Wolfgang Rybczynski, PhD
Dr. Wolfgang Rybczynski is Business Enterprise Chief Consultant at SAP Deutschland SE & Co. He is an innovative chemist and chemical engineer specialized in the areas of chemicals and pharmaceuticals as well as ERP and Cloud Computing. Dr. Rybczynski began his career following his passion for chemistry and process optimization. After 18 years in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, he transitioned into the field of business process consulting. Since 2008, he has been serving as Business Enterprise Chief Consultant for SAP leading projects and programs for SAP’s biggest global industry customers and acting as executive advisor. Dr. Rybczynski is an extraordinary contributor to business process and enterprise software industries. He holds various patents e. g. for the manufacturing process of the allergy drug Fexofenadine (Allegra®/Telfast®).
Dr. Rybczynski is a hardworking professional who enjoys leading and coaching others as well as driving transformation of business processes and change of human behavior. He formerly conducted speeches in various areas and recently appeared at the Manufacturing Summit Conference of Berlin.
Since earning his PhD in Physical Chemistry from the Justus-Liebig-University of Giessen in 1990, Dr. Rybczynski has held leading positions such as global program leader, production manager, site manager, and Vice President Operations Europe in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Today, his overall goal is to make companies run their business better and to improve people’s life. He is involved with Dechema, an Engineering Association that improves production processes for areas such as chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and the environment. In his free time, Dr. Rybczynski stays fit by working-out and cycling, and he enjoys travel and getting lost in a good novel. He resides in Huenfelden, Germany.
