Christopher started his business Kemper Rhodes UK in 2000, a Metal Castings Company. He currently has a total of seven employees with a turnover of £5million increasing to £10million. His goal is to double the amount of employees and bring the total amount of revenue to £10M within the next five years. Christopher attributes his success to his wife and family’s support and adhering to very strict Industry Guidelines. A highlight in his career was designing a system which was an engineer solution, rather than a chemical solution!
