Dr. Fouad Al Momen is a Vice President with Hill International, a New Jersey US based world leader in managing risks and providing project management services for hundreds of clients through 100 offices around the world, operating from the company Middle East offices, Dr. Al Momen is leading expert in projects and program management, design development and implementation in introducing sustainability principles and environmental improvement for new or upgrade of existing cities’. He has over 30 years of professional experience in design and construction management, having led a number of mega projects and developments throughout the world.  Dr. Al Momen was a leader or key person in projects in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Iraq, KSA, UAE, Jordan, Yemen and Egypt. He is a member of PMI, IPENZ, NZWWA and many other project management and engineering groups and associations around the world. He is fluent in English and Arabic.
