Lisa Wills is Owner, Company Director and Licensed Conveyancer at John M Lewis & Co, a Derby-based conveyancing firm employing over 25 staff and turning over £650000 per annum. After John Lewis’ retirement, Lisa became Senior Partner. Her long standing commitment to the firm and community has made her a leader in the field. She believes she is Derby’s first woman to become a Licensed Conveyancer.

A formidable role model for women in legal practice and entrepreneurialism, Lisa is also a working mother of her six year-old daughter. She is an inspirational speaker and hopes to show other women what can be achieved through hard work.
