Madhu Bhana Fakir is and Osteopath and Naturopath for Indigo Health Solutions Ltd. Madhu was born & raised in Kenya, East Africa, completed her schooling in the UK, prior to emigrating to New Zealand to study Social Sciences at the University of Auckland. Once she had gained her BA she trained as a Naturopath at SPCNT -South Pacific College of Natural Therapies. Madhu went on to qualify as an Osteopath at the NZ College of Osteopathy.

Indigo Health Solutions offers unique solutions to various health ailments. “I treat the whole person; this includes bodywork & nutrition on the physical level, whilst addressing the emotional issues that may hold people back & contribute to poor health. Madhu’s treatment methods bring balance, alignment & healing to the whole person. She has been successfully treating patients from all walks of life for over 20 years.

Madhu developed specialist skills working with: newborn babies, children & mothers. She has also worked extensively with people involved in major life change, addressing old injuries & those held back by emotional pain. In addition to her unique approach to bodywork, Madhu draws upon her classical training as a naturopath to treat clients by way of nutrition, herbal remedies and homeopathy.
