Maja Menard is Partner with Ulčar & Partners where she practices corporate, commercial, European Union and international law in Slovenia. Before working her way up to Partner with her current firm, Maja was an associate with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. She speaks English, French, German, Croatian, and Italian.

With a PhD in International Law, Maja specializes in international arbitration, cross-border transactions, corporate law, commercial litigation, competition law, foreign investments, corporate governance, European Union, international law, human rights and alternative dispute resolutions. Maja also has a Master’s degree in International and European Law of Economic Relations from the University of Paris X and a Law Diploma from the University of Ljubljana.
