Marta Signore has been with the Koelliker Group for the last 4 years where she has been working both as HR and Organization Director. This has allowed Marta to expand her knowledge and talents by assisting the CEO on special projects, including, but not limited to: marketing, business proposals and internal activities. While working on these many different projects, Marta Signore came up with the “One Week in Your Shoes” initiative which pairs up employees from different departments in the company and has them switch jobs for a week. Marta created this in order to promote wellness and wellbeing in the employees of the company by improving relations between the employees themselves, and between employees and management. An accomplished Actor, Author and mother of 2, Marta was drawn to Human Resources when she took a required course for her Business Economics degree, and she has propelled herself further into this profession because of her love of working with people in a business environment. While she is a published author, her book is titled “Il violino di Olga” (The Violin by Olga); Marta believes her greatest achievement thus far has been her ability to handle the unpleasant situations that come up often for HR Directors by “using the human approach.”
