Michal has over ten years of experience in the International Sports industry. He is responsible to FIAS Executive Committee, chaired by the FIAS President, leading a day to day delivery of services to the National Federation. His responsibilities include collaborating with the FIAS Committees and to guarantee the recognition and development of sport world-wide and creating, maintaining contact with the main international sports organizations such as IOC, IPC, SportAccord, WADA, FISU, CISM, etc. on behalf of the FIAS President and its members. Michal is fluent in English, French, Russian, Czech and Spanish. His key to success is his driven and ambitious nature to achieve the most he possibly can for himself and his company.
