Nicolette has been with the firm ADLI Law Group for 5 years after being a successful paralegal and Office Manager at 2 other law firms. In her role at ADLI, she is responsible for human resources, business development and marketing strategies, administration and client and case management and involvement. At the start of the firm in 2010,  ADLI was a boutique intellectual property law firm. Since then, ADLI has become a full service law firm specializing in IP, Business, Labor and Employment, Entertainment, Construction, Real Estate and Family. She has affiliations with many associations in the legal area and has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration and management, as well as an Associate in Science Degree in Administration of Justice. In addition, Nicolette attended an extension program in paralegal studies at UCLA and has completed the “Reading the Law” Program. Through her motivation and desire to attack challenges, she has earned the respect of her peers and higher-ups. In her spare time, Nicolette likes to devote her time to her children and to a Catholic Youth Club at her church.
