    As a 20+ year veteran of the Insurance Industry, the Founder of ProFormance Group Insurance Solutions Inc, a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Speaker/Trainer/Coach and as a person of value who values others, Tammie strives to help people achieve significance and self-fulfillment by providing them with the tools for success thereby allowing them to realize their potential and take life to the next level, both personally and professionally. Leadership Coaching, Training and Speaking form part of the service solutions offered under the ProFormance Training umbrella. The Adjusting and Third Party Administration division of ProFormance offer the insurance industry an alternative to utilizing multi-lined adjusting companies to handle specialized claims and third party administration needs.

    Throughout the course of her career Tammie has authored several published articles and regularly speaks at both domestic and international conferences on topics of Insurance and Leadership. She is eager to network. Her goal is to spend more time engaging in leadership training, coaching and speaking in an effort to add value to others.

    Tammie is a Past President of the Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association, a member of the Canadian Independent Adjusters Association, CIP Society and the Insurance Institute of Canada. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the Jennifer Ashleigh Children’s Charity. She was awarded the CIP National Society Emerging Leader Award in 2013, The Heather Grand Volunteer of the year Award in 2014 and named one of the Top 35 Most Influential Women in Insurance by Insurance Business Canada Magazine in 2015.
