Valerio Pecile is the Head of Procurement for Andean Countries at Procter & Gamble. He has been with P&G for over 17 years and held his current role for 2 years. In 1999, he was invited to join the company when they opened a location in Venezuela as their Latin American Purchasing Manager.He believes hard work and determination have gotten him where is he today. In the next 4 to 5 years, Valerio hopes to advance his career to the next level.

His current responsibilities includes overseeing 7 Distribution centers and over 30 suppliers. He also is responsible for creating market advantage by reducing cost, improving cash flow, material & service supply assurance in complex markets while fostering a culture of team work. Valerio is a Certified trainer of Competitive Bidding, Negotiation, Policies, SRM. Outside of work he enjoys jogging, activities, and traveling.
