Vitor José de Mello
Monteiro has been in the legal field since 2001, when he was admitted at the
Brazilian Bar. Based in São Paulo, Brazil. Mr. Monteiro attends in his firm
large international and domestic companies. He has been dedicated his entire
career to become a lawyer specialized in complex dispute resolution, specially
through litigation and arbitration (both international and domestic). Mr.
Monteiro teaches civil procedure and corporate law at universities and law
courses in Brazil. This academic activities, coupled with his experience in international
litigation allowed him to acquire large experience in his area of expertise.
Mr. Monteiro has over 20 publications in the area of law, all of them focused
on technical aspects of the civil procedure and dispute resolution.
