Who’s Who Recognizes Louise M. Vaillancourt

Louise M. Vaillancourt is the President and founder of the Quebec-based LV Conseils Institutionnels Inc., a legal firm that focuses on legal services for internationally based businesses operating in Africa. She is also a Director of Aviva Canada Inc and the Chair of the Independent Review Committee for Bank of Montreal Mutual Funds. Exchange Traded Funds and BMO Harris Mutual Funds.

Louise is an experienced lawyer who specializes in negotiating with foreign government officials. As well she has a long working knowledge of the international and Canadian financial sectors. She previously held executive positions at the Bank of Canada and at the National Bank of Canada.

Louise holds a degree in Civil Law, as well as a degree in Common Law, from the University of Ottawa. She is a member of both the Canadian Bar Association and the Quebec Bar Association.

She is a member of  Board of Directors of the Leger Foundation and chairs the Board of Directors for its International Endeavors
