Moses K. Baiden is the Executive Chairman and Founder of the Margins Group, where he is in charge of overseeing & directing 10 subsidiaries in 7 countries. The Margins Group is a multinational African Company, mixing the best global practices in a stimulating work environment.

Prior to founding the Margins Group, Moses was appointed by the President of Ghana to be the Director, Vice Chairman, and Acting Chairman of the Board at Ghana Investment Promotion Centre. The GIPC is the promoter, facilitator, and regulator of Foreign and Domestic Investment into Ghana. After GIPC, he became the Director of BSL, where he is in charge of developing a global business strategy and governance systems.

Moses earned his LL.B. (Barrister at Law) degree from the University of Ghana in 1992, where he was also selected as a teaching assistant, he has since then attended many international courses covering management, finance, international negotiations, trade, entrepeuneurial training, manufacturing, international sales and marketing, communication and information technology, and customer relations. He has 24 years of international business experience spanning more than 40 countries.
